These patches are earned by completing chapter rides and challenges across the year.
Annual awards are presented at the January Chapter Meeting. Aces are awarded Quarterly. Other awards are presented Monthly.

Earnable Patches

HOOT Ride Rockers

HOOT Ride Rockers

Earned by any chapter member who hits a significant chapter ride milestone. Awarded in increments of 50. Cumulative since joining The Woodlands HOG Chapter.

Member of the Year

Member of the Year

Awarded to a chapter member, who through riding or action, contributed to the progression of the chapter through the calendar year. Voted by Chapter Officers.

New Member of the Year

New Member of the Year

Awarded to a chapter member who joined within the past year, who has made strides to become a consistent rider or showed sustained activity to the chapter. Voted by Chapter Officers.

Road Captain of the Year

Road Captain of the Year

Awarded to a Road Captain Certified chapter member who distinguished themselves through their efforts leading and sweeping rides through the calendar year. Voted by Chapter Officers.

Rider of the Year

Rider of the Year

It's not just about the miles! Awarded to the chapter member who epitomized what it means to be a chapter rider, through rides or actions beyond just riding. Voted by Chapter Officers.

Director's Award

Director's Award

A special award, given by the chapter director, for exemplary efforts or contributions to the chapter by a member over the past calendar year.

ACE Award (Years 1-3)

ACE Award - The Ace
(Years 1-3)

Earned by Road Captains for Leading 5 Rides, Sweeping 5 Rides, Hosting 5 Rides. 1st Year Award is the patch & Year Rocker, additional years earn a Year Rocker.

ACE Award (Years 4-7)

ACE Award - Four Aces
(Years 4-7)

Earned by Road Captains for Leading 5 Rides, Sweeping 5 Rides, Hosting 5 Rides. 4th Year Award is the patch & Year Rocker, additional years earn a Year Rocker.

ACE Award (Years 8-11)

ACE Award - Eight Ball
(Years 8-11)

Earned by Road Captains for Leading 5 Rides, Sweeping 5 Rides, Hosting 5 Rides. 8th Year Award is the patch & Year Rocker, additional years earn a Year Rocker.

ACE Award (Years 12+)

ACE Award - Dirty Dozen
(Years 12+)

Earned by Road Captains for Leading 5 Rides, Sweeping 5 Rides, Hosting 5 Rides. 12th Year Award is the patch & Year Rocker, additional years earn a Year Rocker.

Earned by any chapter member who completes 25 Chapter Rides in a calendar year.

Wild Boar

Wild Boar

Earned by any chapter member who completes 50 Chapter Rides in a calendar year.

King Boar

Earned by any chapter member who completes 75 Chapter Rides in a calendar year.

Road Hog Century Rider

Road Hog Century Rider

Earned by any chapter member who completes 100+ Chapter Rides in a calendar year. Members are recognized at the January Meeting, and their name is placed on the Century Club Plaque with the Annual Group Photo. Think you have what it takes?

Never Given, Always Earned. These members have volunteered to go through training, be mentored, and scrutinized to focus on keeping our chapter rides as safe as possible.
